In 1975, Girard-Perregaux presented a sporty and original model equipped with an octagonal polished bezel and an integrated bracelet. Its name – Laureato – was suggested by Girard-Perregaux’s Italian distributor at the time and inspired by the classic movie, The Graduate (Il Laureato in Italian). To celebrate the 225th anniversary of the Maison, Girard-Perregaux pays homage to this iconic model with two 225-piece limited editions.
A slim case, octagonal bezel and integrated bracelet alternating polished and satin finishes, framing a blue dial adorned with a ‘Clou de Paris’ hobnail motif, luminescent baton-shaped hour-markers and hands ensuring perfect readability even in dim lighting.
